Does shopping overwhelm you? We get it. It can be a pain to find what you like (sometimes you don’t even know what you like!) and then combine that with the task of finding what works for your body… well, it can be a lot. Here are 4 things you can do to make it easier.

  1. Jot down what you find yourself “without” in the mornings. Head into a shopping trip knowing a handful of things you know that you need, with a general idea of the cut or color for what you want.
  2. Come as prepared and relaxed as possible, don’t shop hungry! Find a few hours you can be alone (or invite a trusted shopping buddy!) and make it as stress-free as possible.
  3. Wear clothes that are easy to get on and off, and slip on shoes as well.
